I create to move emotion + energy, and to make meaning from the moments we cannot always name. My work is deeply intuitive and guided by memory and somatics. Often abstract, sometimes layered with collage, mixed media, or whispers of landscape and wildlife; each piece holds a world all its own.

My creative process is a conversation between texture and tension where presence and possibility meet. As a certified hypnotherapist, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner, I help others navigate change and transmute pain, and my art explores this messy work of being human. Each piece is intended to not just be seen — but felt.

I live and work in Durham, NC, raising a wildly creative son and spending my days painting, writing, and holding deeply transformational space for clients through my wellness practice.
